Refund Policy

At Divine Bites by Dae LLC, every order is prepared fresh and made to order with care. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. However, we want every customer to have a good experience, and we will always review any order issue fairly.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and desserts, we do not accept returns or exchanges on edible products.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered or picked up. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at divinebites.bydae12@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

If we confirm that the issue was caused on our end, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • a replacement

  • store credit

  • a partial refund

  • a full refund

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as preparation has not started. Once production or preparation begins, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Custom and Specialty Orders

Custom orders, personalized items, holiday specials, preorders, and bulk or event orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once confirmed.

Shipping-Related Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances outside our control. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time. Once a pickup order has been collected, Divine Bites by Dae LLC is not responsible for damage caused by transport, storage, or handling after pickup.

Refused, Abandoned, or Undeliverable Orders

We do not issue refunds for orders that are refused, abandoned, left unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there was an error on our part:

  • baked goods and other food items

  • custom or personalized orders

  • holiday and preorder items

  • sale items

  • gift cards

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
