Shipping policy
At Divine Bites by Dae LLC, we take pride in preparing each order with care. Because many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item, season, and order volume.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page, at checkout, or through direct communication.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Made-to-Order Products
Because many of our items are freshly prepared, customers understand and agree that processing times may be required before shipment. Placing an order means you acknowledge and accept this preparation period.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers must select that option at checkout. Pickup instructions will be sent after the order is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the agreed pickup window. Orders not picked up on time may be affected by product freshness and quality, and Divine Bites by Dae LLC is not responsible for product condition after the scheduled pickup time has passed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds are not guaranteed for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect address information.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Divine Bites by Dae LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist customers in filing a claim or locating a shipment when possible.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but the customer cannot locate it, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at divinebites.bydae12@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and, if appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Policy for Warm Weather or Sensitive Items
Certain baked goods or specialty items may be sensitive to heat, transit time, or handling. By placing an order for shippable food items, you acknowledge that product appearance or texture may be affected during shipping, especially during warm weather or extended transit.
We are not responsible for changes in texture, melting, or minor cosmetic damage caused by shipping conditions beyond our control, unless otherwise determined at our discretion.
Refused or Unclaimed Orders
We are not responsible for refunds on orders that are refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed.
